🧠 Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Respond
effectively to common first aid incidents involving infants and children
- Perform
CPR and use an AED for children and infants
- Manage
choking, bleeding, burns, and fractures
- Recognise
and respond to serious medical conditions such as febrile seizures,
asthma, and allergic reactions
- Place
an infant or child in the recovery position
- Understand
the importance of reporting and parental communication
- Ensure
a safe environment in line with Tusla and HSA guidelines

will receive a Safeguard Training Services Certificate of Completion
- Certificate
is valid for 2 years
